class is perfect for beginning dyers and art quilters. It's also a great
way to get over that fear of cutting into those luscious hand dyed
fabrics or novelty threads that you love but aren't sure how to use.
Using the fabric and thread we dye (or materials of your choosing),
we'll explore techniques for creating small art quilts and other
creative objects. We'll work in small formats such as quilted postcards,
small accesssories, and journal-sized quilts. You'll learn tips and
techniques that you can apply to any size wall hanging or garment ... or
any other quilted art piece you want to try.
